Help Your Child Express What They Know
Does your child understand English but hesitate to speak? Do they find it hard to explain an answer, organise a paragraph, or present in front of others?
Children need regular opportunities to use English, with guidance that helps them improve.
At Aksent, your child gets time to practise, ask questions, and receive feedback. Activities help them build fuller answers, choose suitable words, and express their thoughts more clearly.
The program can support children who want to:
- Participate more confidently in classroom discussions.
- Speak beyond short, one-word answers.
- Understand spoken English and written texts.
- Write organised paragraphs.
- Share opinions and explain their reasons.
- Present ideas before other students.
What Makes Aksent Junior Masters Different?
Individual Attention in Every Class
Each 45-minute one-to-one session gives your child focused learning time. The trainer guides activities, checks understanding, and provides feedback on what needs practice.
English Skills for Clear Communication
Learning activities help children develop listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. They practise understanding information and expressing their ideas clearly.
A Structured Approach to Learning
Guided speaking activities help children build answers and explain opinions. Model texts and writing plans show them how to organise ideas before working more independently.
International Learning Resources
Internationally developed resources, including CEFR-aligned materials, support structured English learning through meaningful topics.
CEFR is an international framework used to describe language ability.
Practice That Continues at Home
Stories, audio, interactive exercises, and word activities provide opportunities to practise between classes. Grammar practice resources help strengthen language understanding.
Support to Stay on Track
Trainer feedback helps children understand their next steps. Proactive coordination provides additional support with learning progress and follow-through.
International Assessment and Certification
An international assessment gives learners an opportunity to demonstrate their English ability and receive certification, subject to the assessment requirements.
Build Confidence in Public Speaking
Through public-speaking community, children practise presenting ideas, speaking to an audience, and responding to questions. Shared live sessions give them opportunities to develop clear delivery and become more comfortable speaking in front of others.
Learning activities, resources, certification, and additional support depend on the selected package. Our admission team will explain the inclusions before enrolment.
English and Communication Skills Your Child Will Practise
Speaking: Build Answers and Explain Ideas
Children learn how to develop an answer instead of stopping at “yes” or “no.” They practise adding details, describing experiences, and explaining their choices.
Guided conversations help them use suitable expressions and organise what they want to say. Trainers also guide clear speech, tone, and expression.
Writing: Learn to Plan Before Writing
Writing becomes easier when children have a clear process.
Your child works with sample texts and learns how to plan an opening, organise paragraphs, and support ideas with details. Practice also includes reviewing and improving their writing.
Listening: Understand Meaning and Key Details
Audio tasks help children listen with a purpose. They practise finding important information, understanding a message, and recognising words that sound similar.
Follow-up exercises help them check what they understood.
Reading: Explore Stories with Audio Support
Stories and audiobooks help children explore English in context. Exercises guide them to understand events, identify details, and think about what they have read.
Thinking: Compare, Question, and Give Reasons
Videos and discussion questions encourage children to look closely at information. They compare ideas, consider different views, and explain why they think something.
Research: Find Information and Share It Clearly
Children practise gathering information on a topic, selecting useful points, and organising their findings. They then use this work in discussions and presentations.
21st-Century Skills for Future Leaders
Clear communication matters when children work with others, explain a decision, or take the lead in an activity.
Aksent Junior Masters gives children opportunities to practise these skills through meaningful topics and tasks.
They learn to:
- Think carefully and ask useful questions.
- Develop their own ideas.
- Listen to different views.
- Work with other learners.
- Research information and explain findings.
- Take initiative during discussions and presentations.
Topics introduce Indian and global cultures, community life, and real-world situations. For example, children may compare celebrations, discuss choices, or prepare a commentary.
These experiences help them build skills they can continue using as they grow.
Guided Learning, One Step at a Time
Children receive support at each stage of an activity.
A story, video, audio clip, or model text introduces the activity.
The trainer helps your child understand useful words, expressions, and structures.
Your child tries the task with examples and support.
They apply the learning in a conversation, written task, or presentation.
The trainer explains what went well and what needs further practice.
Learning Continues Between Classes
Live classes work alongside digital practice. Children can revisit activities and strengthen their skills between sessions.
Pronunciation Practice with Feedback
Our courseware provides technology-assisted speech practice. Feedback helps learners notice sounds they need to practise and work towards clearer pronunciation.
Vocabulary and Spelling Activities
Word exercises and vocabulary games help children practise meanings, usage, and spelling.
Stories and Audiobooks
Reading materials and audio support give children more opportunities to understand English through stories.
Grammar Practice
Grammar courseware is included for independent practice. Children can work on exercises alongside their skills activities. The program does not include a separate live grammar course.
Interactive Exercises
Digital listening, reading, and writing exercises help children apply their learning and check their understanding.
Public Speaking and Presentation Practice for Kids
Help your child prepare to speak in front of others with confidence.
